We rented a scooter from Ketut Bagong Rental for a month and had a great experience from start to finish.
The service was excellent. The team delivered the scooter directly to us and also arranged pickup at the end, which made everything very convenient. Communication was smooth, and everyone we interacted with, both from the office and the delivery team, was very friendly and helpful.
The scooter itself was in great condition and reliable throughout our stay.

I’ve been renting bikes from Ketut Bagong every year since 2021, and the experience has been consistently excellent. They deliver and pick up the bike for free, which makes the whole process effortless. I’ve never had any issues, and the full insurance is a big plus - it’s great not having to stress about scratches or other minor damage. On the rare occasion there was a technical issue, their mechanic came directly to me and fixed it quickly. Overall, I’m very happy with their service and keep recommending them to all of my friends.

Hello Mr/Mrs residents and tourists of Bali, my wife and I came from Japan to visit Bali and I rented a motorbike from this company for a month .. overall I can say that if they ask me for triple rental fee compare others price I will still go with them .. and here why in the following

Just imagine that they delivered to me the motorbike at my hotel Door in Kuta beach and when to return it back they accepted to pick up it from me at Denpasar airport “Blai international airport” which is saving my money and time because I don’t need to take transport to access to airport and one more thing I was signed the agreement for a month rental and paid full amount then after 1 week my travel plan got change and unexpectedly they refund to me most of the amount which is was non-refundable in the contract .. how good and understandable they are
I highly recommend them for you, go ahead with them blindly with no hesitation , they’re much much much guaranteed and better than the motorbikes rentals everywhere in Bali especially those who stand on the street

At first I was going to rent the scooter for a month, but later I ended up spending another month on the island and I don't regret it. The guys mainly deal with longer rentals. Communication and business policy is fast and clear. I received friendly and prompt service as agreed in advance. I picked up the bike where and when we agreed. The company is flexible because you can pay in several ways (cash, transfer) and if you are not too far from the site, they will take the bike back. The rental fee also includes insurance for the scooter, which covers any damage to the bike in case of trouble. I rented a Honda ADV 160 because I had heard good things about the model and I wasn't disappointed. I have done nearly 2000 kilometres on the island with my girlfriend behind me and we have not experienced any faults. It's a Honda, what could go wrong with it? For me it was comfortable for my height of 194cm, sufficiently powerful for 2 people. Overall I would highly recommend the company if you are coming to Bali, I was happy with everything. I have grown very attached to this bike in 2 months, I will probably buy one at home due to the good experience.

I’ve recently long term rented a Yamaha Lexi from Ketut Bagong Rental, and it was a fantastic experience. 6 Stars! A scooter rental with 100% full insurance and free pickup and delivery even in Ubud. There is a lot of scammers out there when it come to scooter rental but this place is very trustable. My friend had an accident and the scooter was a mess after - the staff was there in 20 minutes with a new scooter and no extra cost. Rent your scooter here, I compared pricing - it’s very fair.

I have already rented scooters from Ketut Bagong during two Bali stays. The service is perfect. The communication via Whatsapp is fantastic, so I could already arrange everything from Germany. The employees are very service-oriented!
The prices are TOP, service perfect and the bikes that I have rented so far, were always in great conditions ( especially compared to many other providers).

Best bike rental out there. In addition to good prices and great bikes, they provide services like regular oil change or repair if needed. What's best, bikes come with their own insurance against scratches and bike stolen (just make sure to have keys and documents with you). They could also install surf racks if you ask for it. Communicating with them have been very easy, rental always respond quickly and in a constructive way. Definitely recommend them.

Me and my wife rented a Yamaha NMAX here and we chose to have it delivered to our hotel and picked up by them on the last day.
They were punctual, we had no problems with the bike and they even gave my wife a new helmet.
